can i set different budgets for different occasions?

Not yet, this is on our roadmap.

can i change my bouquet before delivery?

Changes are currently limited after confirmation; timing and address updates may be possible depending on notice.

how do i cancel a specific delivery?

Cancellations are possible before preparation begins, ideally at least 24 hours before delivery.

how do i cancel my subscription?

You can cancel before renewal by emailing cancel@thatbro.me. Fees may apply based on terms.

what is bro's refund policy?

Refunds may apply for non-delivery, damaged bouquets, or verified service failure.

what happens if a delivery fails?

We coordinate before dispatch to reduce failure risk. Inaccurate details can still lead to failed delivery.

do I see the total price before paying?

Yes. You always see full pricing and confirm before payment.

do you offer payment options?

Yes: pay all now, pay first occasion now, or pay each occasion later (depending on eligibility).

how does your referral program work?

When your referred friend activates a subscription, you get rewards in your bro wallet.

what's the bro wallet?

It stores referral rewards you can use at checkout.
