Processing is based on contract performance, user consent, and legal obligations under applicable UAE law.
4. Hosting and Processors
Infrastructure is provided via Google Cloud/Firebase. Payments are processed by Ziina. We do not store full card details.
5. Data Transfers
Data may be processed across multi-region infrastructure where technically required to deliver the service.
6. Retention
Data is retained only as long as needed for service and legal compliance, and deleted on verified request when allowed.
7. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent where applicable.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
